Paul Newman died yesterday.
I didn't find out until mid-day today.
He was a fantastic actor, director, and businessman.
He was an icon. Nothing like current times.
I am sad.

I heaved a big sigh too. It's always sad when a good one goes (as opposed to the shrug some of those other performers would get).
"Oh! So-and-so died (overdosed, wrecked his car, died of cancer, got shot/stabbed). That's too bad" and move on to the next thing.
When Paul Newman died, I think the world stopped for a minute.
